Datac Control International Ltd. is a manufacturer and integrator of SCADA systems typically used for the Oil, Gas, Water and other applications. We are currently seeking a Project Engineer / Project Manager.

The Role:
The selected candidate will be responsible for liaising with customers for various engineering projects from initial sale to handover and follow up from a technical perspective. The candidate must be prepared to travel abroad from time to time to perform maintenance duties and/or site commissioning on various projects. The role also includes developing design specifications for M2M and other products and ensuring that the developed product meets the marketing and customer requirements. This includes prototype testing and improvement.

The Person:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years practical experience in a similar role.
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Contro lEngineering
• Be a team player with strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• Have an appreciation of quality systems.
• An ability to work on their own initiative.
• Have a clean driving license.
• An ability to act as a team leader.
• Technical writing skills an advantage.
• Familiarity with communications methodology including Network, Radio and Wireless (GSM / GPRS)

Datac Control International Limited is looking to recruit a receptionist / administrator / Junior accounts assistant

Main responsibilities will include:

• Overall responsibility for the maintenance and smooth running of the Reception area. The role is front of house reception, with the responsibility for meeting and greeting clients, answering the phones and transferring calls to the relevant company departments
• Faxing, filing and general administration support to include looking after the post, couriers, some travel bookings, and supporting other administration staff
• Managing switch board and directing calls to appropriate people
• Assisting Accountant with administration/filing/logging of Invoices. Basic accounts administration
• Assisting Marketing team with administration/organisation of events
• Ordering lunches/arranging lunches/ refreshments for meetings
• General office duties such as managing canteen and stationary supplies
• Assisting with admin for export / import to Datac

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• 6 months to 1 year’s reception experience
• Excellent telephone manner
• General administration experience is an advantage
• Good computer skills, mainly of MS Office, Internet
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Friendly and outgoing
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

The candidate should have excellent administrative, organizational and computer skills. A self-starter with a pleasant, outgoing personality capable of operating with tact and diplomacy are a necessity for this position. Training will be provided. Salary will be based on experience.
