TSweb
Windows Based Software for DATAC Remote Reader Technology.
LPG
and Propane companies worldwide are recognising the importance
of telemetry in their business. DATAC Remote Reader technology
monitors the tank level and sends the level reading via GSM/GPRS
or PSTN Dial-Up to back-office server and database (SQL).
This system, accessible on www, if necessary, allows the supply
company to see Tank status at a glance.
TSweb is a System Management Tool that allows gas distributors
to remotely monitor tanks and cylinders located at consumer
sites. Data sent from each tank is stored and displayed on
screen. The main function of TSweb is to not only display
current and historic info but also to predict future usage
and accurately forecast days remaining. Alarms are set off
when a predetermined low level is reached. The advantage of
TSweb is supplying information to the operator in a precise
and easily understandable manner, with graphic indications.
The SQL database allows easy export to other management software
packages. This can reduce training costs and increase efficiency
of operation and logistics.
Important system information is displayed by the TSweb Telemetry
Summary screen. Gas reports and Telemetry reports are also
easily accessed.
Telemetry System Summary
This screen gives the user an overview of the telemetry
system e.g. the number of remote units that are installed
on the software. There is a summary of device Status including
any current device alarms.
Gas Reports
This section of the package allows the distributor see crucial
information such as Average drop size, a monthly profile of
each tank and low level reports. Displayed in either tabular
or graphical format, the user can read an array of details
about each tank such as its fuel level, or other sensory inputs
(pressure etc.), coupled with customer name and tank location.
- The Average Drop Size screen allows users to establish
how efficiently their drops are timed. Low drop size averages
are a clear indication that unnecessary, costly and inefficient
call-outs are being made.
- Low Level Report shows tanks that have reached the predetermined
low level and have triggered an alarm. It displays the daily
consumption of the tanks to allow the user determine the
urgency of the refill.
- Readings History displays the historic tank levels and
uses this information to forecast the date at which an alarm
will be triggered.
Telemetry Reports
This section looks at information concerning the telemetry
devices themselves. The user can see the last devices to call
into the system or any devices that are overdue to call. The
Batteries screen allows you to identify battery status and
current usage, forecasting life span. Telemetry reports are
also available to look at the strength of the communication
signal.
